		<description>I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A HOME INSPECTOR. BEING NIAVE, I BELIEVED THAT THEY WERE &quot;EXPERTS&quot;. I WAS PRESENTED WITH AN INSPECTION REPORT AND A BILL FOR SERVICES. AFTER LIVING IN THE HOUSE A SHORT WHILE, I REALIZED HOW INADEQUATELY THIS SO-CALLED INSPECTOR HAD BEEN. I FOUND SIGNIFICANT TERMITE DAMAGE THAT WAS PLAINLY VISIBLE, ALONG WITH ROTTEN FRAMING FROM WATER DAMAGE THAT WAS ALSO PLAINLY VISIBLE. THESE PROBLEMS WERE BLATANTLY 0BVIOUS, BUT I GUESS THE INSPECTOR WAS IN A HURRY FOR HIS FEE. IT TURNS OUT THAT THE OWNER/OCCUPANT OF THE HOUSE I BOUGHT WAS ALSO A REAL ESTATE AGENT. I CHALKED THAT FIASCO UP TO INEXPERIENCE WITH THE &quot;SYSTEM&quot;.</description>
