Uncategorized July 31st, 2009This month I asked readers whether or not they would be participating in Cash for Clunkers. With only a few votes cast, it appears this program was not too popular amongst the participants. Out of 8 total votes, only 2 of you voted “maybe” while the rest said “no.”‘
For August, I want to know more about your saving habits. In particular, I’d like you to tell me how much of your gross income you save.

My parents WERE able to take advantage of “cash for clunkers!” Not only did they trade in their dying, cracked-head having, ‘97 suburban for the full $4,500 credit, they also upgraded from an entry level vehicle to the mid-level model FOR FREE because the dealer was unable, for six weeks, to acquire the vehicle of their choice!
