You can likewise purchase a phone directly from Page Plus and have them activate it for you.  They have good coverage in the Little Rock area, but I hear the rest of the state is hit or miss.</description>

		<description>I forgot to mention you can purchase refills for less than retail through 3rd-party distributors or on eBay combined with Bing.com cashback.  This should get the price of the plan down to around $35-$38/month.</description>
